Late News Breaking: This Just In

Snohomish Cold Weather ShleterWe would like to thank Amy Nile and the Everett Herald for featuring the Snohomish Cold Weather Shelter in a recent article.

The mission of the Snohomish Cold Weather Shelter is to provide a warm, safe shelter during freezing weather for those who are homeless. Open November through February, the Snohomish Evangelical Free Church will host an overnight shelter for up to 20 people when the temperature drops to 32 degrees and below.

Supplies and volunteers are needed! Donations of mats, blankets, cleaning supplies, meal and snack items, pet crates and toiletries top the list. Another principle need is a trailer for storing the supplies.

Supply donations can be dropped off at the Food Bank, 1330 Ferguson Park Rd. To volunteer, please call 425-220-2217. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please make checks payable to the Snohomish Community Food Bank with Snohomish Cold Weather Shelter on the memo line or use our secure donation page.

Thank you for supporting the Snohomish Cold Weather Shelter.
