FOOD DISTRIBUTION – QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION
In order to be served, you must have three pieces of documentation:
- Snohomish Community Food Bank member card (issued on your first visit) AND
- One Document from Section 2:
Section 2: Proper Identification with a photo and current address (for every adult in household for the first time; one person the first of every month thereafter): - United States Passport
- Washington State Drivers License
- Washington State I. D AND
- One Document from section 3:
Section 3:This document must include your full name and address within the Snohomish School District Boundaries. Current Bill (within 30 days unless noted) Bring one of the following:- Cable bill
- City of Snohomish bill
- Credit card bill
- Mortgage Payment
- Rent receipt with full address, date and landlord’s signature
- Telephone bill – land line (not cellular)
- Utility bill (within 60 days)
Verification for Children (the first time). We accept:
- school records
- birth certificate or
- shot records
