To become a client, fill out the following one-page form and bring it by the food bank during food distribution hours along with proper ID and proof of residence, see eligibility details below.
Are you eligible?
Please read through following requirements.
A. You need to live in the Snohomish School District
B. For each adult in the household, you will need to provide one of the following pieces of documentation with a photo and current address within the Snohomish School District:
- Washington State Driver’s License
- Washington State ID Card
- United States Passport
C. For each child in the household, you will need to provide one of the following:
- Birth certificate
- Medical / insurance card
- School records
- Vaccination records
D. You will also need one of the following current bills (dated within 30 days) that includes your full name and address within the Snohomish School District:
- Bank statement
- Cable bill
- City of Snohomish bill
- Credit card bill
- Government mail
- Medical bill
- Mortgage or rent receipt with full address, date and landlord’s signature
- Phone bill – land line not cellular
- Utility bill
On your weekly visit you will need to provide both of the following:
- Your Snohomish Community Food Bank Client Card (issued on your first visit)
- A piece of photo ID from section B
On your first visit of each month you will need to verify your address:
- A current bill from section D
Each July you will need to verify your household members:
- Same requirements from section B and C
